Getting a free custom domain is very easy. For that you should get a free domain for getting google adesnse in 1 day. Go to freenom . There register a free domain for example my blogger domain was http://pagalcat.blogspot.in/ then search for a domain there with extension of .ml , .ga , tk etc.,
You can get custom domains for free with such extensions in that freenom website.
5. Adding custom domain to blogger
Adding the custom domain to you blog now to get .tk or .ga or .ml instead of .blogspot.com to get adsense in 1 day is compulsory now. Here is the full guide to add the custom domain to your blogger withing 5 minutes and see the url changed as the desired one.

6. Applying asdesne
1.First create a mail account with your website name. For example if your blog name is "www.myblog.tk" then create a mail with that name as "myblog@gmail.com.".
2.Now after creating account then login into your gmail now.
3.Then in new tab go to "www.google.com/adsense"
4.Now click on get started or signup now
5.Now click on sign in
6.Then if it ask to signin with current account or create a new account then click on signin with this account only.

8.Now it will ask your website, then enter your freenom website in My website tab.
9.Select language
10.Now enter your total details and click on submit application.
11.Then you will shown to keep some test adds and then you create an add in "My adds tab" and paste that code in your blogger Html widget wherever you want.
7.Adsense approval
Check your mail after exactly one day , there you can see a mail showing
adsense-noreply@gmail.com and your adsense account was approved and real adds will be displayed in few hours After 4-5 hours of confirmation go to your blog and check for the adds that were displaying in your blog. Now after 1 week remove your custom domain with .tk or .ga .ml extension and coninue your blog with the same .blogspot.com extension.
